Cupid Problems
So I've had issues with Cupid for…..ever, pretty much. I know my issue but I have no clue how to fix it. I've been stretching and doing Cupid from the floor but that doesn't seem to be helping much. Basically I get into the position by inverting into a Marley-esque type of position (so I'm gripping the pole behind my left knee and my right thigh is behind the pole). I then swing my right leg around and put my foot on the pole. The problem comes in the fact that my left knee is not horizontal enough. My foot tends to point toward the ground which makes my kneepit unstable. Any suggestions?
