  I’m amazed how you all jump into the pole and swing around https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif , looking at the bright side and hoping to be able to do just as well in a period of time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif

  I have had my pole for anout 3 months and I still can’t get my leg up there! I can do a few spins and things but none of the fancy stuff. These ladies on here are INCREDIBLE! I finally accepted the fact that I have no upper body strength.

  Dont you worry girl! With practice you’ll be able to do all those crazy cool moves you see everyone here doing! I had NO upper OR lower body strength when I started out but if you keep practicing it’ll come! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
