Day 21! Handstands are something I really wasn’t sure I could ever do. I didn’t have fear of them, but my balance was poor and I’ve been working on them for a few years now. Every time I do them I’m greatful I didn’t give up!!

Day 21. I never practice handstands so I wasn’t sure I could do this, even with the wall. So I was pleasantly surprised.
I’m having sinus issues so being upside wasn’t as pleasant. 😛

Missed a few days due to the knee and schedule but I’m back on.

I’m sick (sinus issues) and stiff and everyone is running to the office to get their teeth fixed before Christmas… So add tired to the mix.
So this was just silly… But it’s a start! I think added flexibility would really be helpful here.

Day 23 we celebrated our Dready Christmas a day early so we didn’t have to lug all our gifts down south to my brothers tomorrow. Love my onesie!
