Day 2 I’m not feeling great, took today off from working out and pushing the vitamin c etc. hopefully I’ll kick this cold before it manifests! 😷

Love taking pics and seeing where my form needs work. I’d like to get my wrists under shoulders more here.

Today was a tad scary for me because this is the pose in which I strained my rotator cuff during lets get flexy. I pushed too hard apparently and I’ve been babying my shoulder ever since. This time I did the beginning modification and I’m perfectly happy with where I’m at now. I’m just not super twisty. Yet.

Day 3. Not sure I’ll ever be able to bind this one through the leg. Love the twisty spine stretch though.
