  • Difference between hanspring mount & cartwheel mount ?

    Hi everyone !

    I’ve tried to find some video of handspring mount and cartwheel mount but found it difficult to identidy the difference between those two !
    Could you explain it to me please ?

    They are gymnastics terms. A cartwheel on the pole resembles a doing a cartwheel on the floor (forehead leads and moves in a direction towards the floor, legs swing from the side and up), and a handspring resembles doing a back handspring (the back of your head leads and goes down, legs kick from the front, backwards and up).

    Some call all of the variants a “handspring”.
