Different workouts to help with pole?
Well, I feel like I've been posting here a ton since I've found this page 😡 lol. But, I have yet another question. I've seen things about different workouts to do to help with pole. Are these necessary? I walk daily, but I don't really do weight training….or really anything else lol. One of the reasons I got a pole was because it's something I really took an interest in, and is an awesome workout! I knew if I WANTED to do it, I would be more apt to "working out". The problem is, I have a very busy schedule. My husband is currently deployed, so I'm kind of doing the single mom, taking care of everything thing :p. I don't have time to get in the gym, and the only time I will have time to pole is once my daughter is in bed (every night, so I think that's pretty good!). Will I be able to pole with not doing any other workouts? If so, will my body still tone….particularly my booty:p…with just poling/dancing as my workout?
