There are a bunch of forum threads about this. You need to look at: lilmynx, platinum stages, x pole, and pole danzer. Decide which company, pole finish, and diameter you want, then order one from the companies. You can order an x pole on this website.

You can order poles from this websight or you can go to xpoleus.com to order. I would start with Veena's lessons! They are wonderful. Also, check to see if you have a local studio near by. Studios are helpful to have one on one instructor student instruction and motivation from others as well. Good luck!!! Hope to see you poling soon!

SO MANY OPTIONS!!!!  but thats a good thing!

Check out the various pole manufactuers, also look into how much its going to be to ship them etc.  You can look for a local studio near you – lots of studios offer an intro class free of charge.  If a studio is out of your reach THIS IS THE BEST RESOURCE FOR LESSONS!  You can take Veenas lessons (which I still gotta remind myself to sign up for them for the conditioning), or you can ask lots of questions on the lovely forum (I promise we dont bite too hard :))

You can order xpole here, you can order a PS pole off of my website – http://www.team-lulu.com,

I highly recommend an x-pole. I just bought a 45mm x-pole titanium gold finish and its been working out great. its super easy to set up and is very stable. x-pole also explains which size is best for what. as for finishes, its really a matter of preference. brass is the grippiest but also the most expensive. titanium gold is supposed to mimic the grippiness of brass. chrome is the standard finish you will see at most studios.
