I am not petite I'm 5ft 5 but I do have small hands I love my 45 mm I started with a 50mm but it just seemed to make my fingers ache I got a 45mm and loved it straight away with no problems downsizing.  I do feel tempted by a 40mm but am worried CKR's and stuff like that may be more difficult, so def love the 45mm but would love to try a 40mm just to give it a try,

So you think I should go with the 45mm?

45 mm and 50 mm is more the "standard size".  And almost all major competitions use 45mm chrome.   I'm 5'4 with small hands and the 45 mm is perfect.  But as time goes by and when you get more advance, the size doesn't make much of a difference anymore.

    Happy Poling~~

Do you have very thin legs (as in your thighs don't touch?) If so then a 45mm, but if not, then I vote a 40 since you likely have really tiny hands.

You will generally have your pole within a week of ordering it.
