Now that it’s so far apart from my original post, I will re-ask my question. Basically looking for tips/suggestions on how to gracefully dismount/transition out of a scorpio plank? I am at a beginner/intermediate level and have a pic of my plank posted in my photo section. Just can’t seem to get out of it gracefully. Am rotating out of it into a crucifix and basically then as if out of a handstand, but there’s gotta be better ways? Esp liking for something that could be a transitional move into something else. Thx!

You can always release your bottom hand and drop right into a regular Scorpio. From there you can switch to Gemini and then the possibilities are endless!

Haven’t quite gotten to the point of hands free, Scorpio or gemini. Anything geared more towards a Scorpio newbie? Lol.
