It’s the Cleo Rock N Pole challenge move for tomorrow. Today was blind hand grab which turned out to be reverse grab on static. I don’t subscribe to the Cleo site or know the Aussie name for things….Does anyone know what momentum turn is? Thanks! X

yes, some people call it a pole swoop or around the world. outside leg travels almost completely around the pole with inside foot planted. inside arm high, outside arm comes across the chest and grabs the pole for support, you end by completing the turn with a pirouette. Veena may have this turn. I will look and see. its like a big step around the pole.

Aha! I know it as Big Step and I usually go into back hook spin. It is VERY old school; I learned it in 1999! Thanks Phoenix!
