Also whey isolates tend not to cause issues with lactose intolerant people. There is a company called 4ever Fit out of Canada (I believe) that makes some really yummy fruit flavored isolates.
there are otehr good protein sources out there. Quinoa is one, I think chia seeds are a complete protein PLUS they have a lot of omega-3s. Animal products and soy are not the only complete protein sources.
