Downsplits/Special K/Oona splits tutorials or prep exs?
This is one of my dream moves. The ones where when I go to sleep and dream about pole, I can feel my body doing it. But when I get to pole I can't actually do it, or get anywhere close.
I've been unable to find any tutorials anywhere on how to do this move. I'm assuming split excercizes are necessary for prep, but I have no idea how one practices the grip saftely without a spotter. Suggestions?
