Aerial Amy is having a workshop for Drops in March in Detroit, Michigan. Does anyone have any information on this workshop or any other Drop workshop close to Kentucky?

Or any links to instructional vids on drops? I'm dying to get the hang of them – I've tried at home but I cant slide when I want to! So tricky!

I get what you mean with drops being tricky, you can't exactly practice them slowly lol just have to have lots of confidence in yourself 🙂

AHHHHH ohmygoodness, just watched this video and it has an amazing drop in it….
1.34 in shoulder mount somersault/flip drop. Eeeesh
