  ELBOW GRIP!!! YAY!!!

  I got the elbow grip!!!! First time ever!!! I am so excited!!   Excellent! Notice you had a better hold and stayed longer the second time when you made yourself drop your hips away from the pole!

  Looks great, Empyrean is right…make sure you’re far away from the pole…the move will become easier. Just practice….
