To all the east coast polers who just experienced that big earthquake: Know that we are thinking of you and sending you well wishes.  I know for some of you it was your pole that held the house up!  HUGS!!

It was pretty scary! I was @ work in CT and we felt it over here!! The floor, walls, windows…everything was shaking…I hope no one was hurt!

I was home and thought I was starting to have a panic attack ( you know how you'll get that slightly shaky feeling as one starts) and then I noticed the ceiling fan was shaking and the stuff on the bookshelves was rocking back and forth. It lasted long enough for me for me to realize I couldn't get to all of my kids( one was downstairs playing Wii, one was napping and the other was watching a movie in the office ) then it stopped. So all in all I just about gave my self a real panic attack. Oh and we have a hurricane on the way. Summer is going out with a bang this year.

thanks! I know you west coasters think we are silly but it was SCARY!!!! And the animals knew prior. The zoo animals were going crazy and apparently my dog, being watched at the grandparents, actually ran away and he never does that. (since been retrieved). I was at the doctors (in virginia) and everything started going batshit crazy and i yelled at everyone we gotta get the fuck outta here!!!!!!!!! and we ran outside… everyone had their natural disasters mixed up though. some were like run to the basement (tornado)… haha
