  Elbow headstand Transition?

  I am looking for ideas for a nice transition out of a free standing elbow headstand (not aganst the pole). Anyone have any suggestions?? Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!

  Have you thought about coming down into an elbow bridge and then straighten yourself out buy bringing your back to the ground? Or maybe back the way you came onto your knees with a hair flip? Or maybe do the headstand with your back to the pole and then grip your legs on the pole like a Cross Ankle Release and then lift yourself up to the pole and take it from there? Ha hope the make sense.
