Exercise ball work to help strengthen for poling
Hi guys
my work just put me on a course about using exercise balls for rehab. For a start I learned that I have a dodgy left knee, and very good core stability (which I am putting down to pole-ing and surfing) lol. There were loads of really good exercises that I could relate to my pole-ing and preparing for certain moves – I was wondering if anyone thought it would be useful to do a vid on the ones that were good for pole-ing. If no-one is interested I won’t bother, but i’m certainly going to add some into my pole routine and warm up!
