I have very slippery hands. If I wipe my hands and pole with rubbing alcohol right before inverting into a scorpio/gemini, by the time I try to grab onto the pole near my torso so I can exit the move, my hands are so slippery I have no choice but to let myself down by slowly sliding down the pole until I reach the floor. Does anyone have this problem? This also makes it impossible for me to do a wrist sit because my bottom hand slides down the pole. So frustrating.

Also, typo in the title. Leg HANG, not leg hand! 🙂

Did you ever try any grip products like iTac? My hands are slippery just like yours so rubbing alcohol definitely doesn’t work 😀

Every time I invert I get sweaty hands! They’re totally fine the rest of the time and I have good strength in my arms and hands. They just get so slippy when I’m upside down :/ Going to try a grip aid and see if it improves.

Grip aids! I have sweaty hands and whenever I know I'll NEED grip in my hands, I apply some extra Dry Hands on top of my Tite Grip for security.

    Hey Annieloo,

I feel your pain too as I also suffer from super sweaty hands.

I've found that Driclor (clinical strength anti-perspirant) applied at night before I sleep, on my hands and feet for a few weeks really starts to make a difference!
I also use Dirty Girl Poletice which is like a mask for your hands and feet and helps absorb any sweating and you wash it off after it's dried. I like to apply Dry Hands after.

This has worked tremendously well for my hands but if it's really bad, I have found gloves (I use Mighty Grip full-fingered gloves on 38mm Brass, or just white dishwashing gloves on 45mm Chrome/Stainless Steel) work brilliantly!!

Right now I am back to my Dricloring at night before I sleep as I have been slack and haven't Driclored in over a month and my hands and feet are slowly getting back to its sweaty self.

Let me know if any of these suggestions have been helpful for you.
