Exits from stag superman
Hey I just learned the stag superman and I have no Idea how to get out, I usually just drop to the floor. Does anyone know any transistions or exits? Thanks!

The stag superman? The superman where both legs are on the same side of the pole? With that one you can just grab the pole with the other arm an make a turn or make a transition into cupid.
If it’s the superman where you have the pole between your legs, I usually make a transition into.. like an upward bridge and then into titanic or Anastacia or I drop into… yeah, we call it the angel in Denmark, but I think it’s called the gemini or something like that elsewhere, it’s the scorpio but with the left leg crossed with the pole instead of the right. Hope it makes sense. 😛

I’ve seen a few videos lately where they put the other hand back on low and do a kind of reverse handspring into ayesha.
