    Hey girls and lads!

Today I bought "Sound mind, sound body" by David Kirsch. I was looking for a book that gives me good exercises, because I need to become stronger in my upper body!  (I was at the doctor's, and he told me that the pain I feel in my ribs when inverting probably comes from my unsquare hips, and from not being strong enough – meaning not having the muscles to support me properly while doing the advanced moves.)  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

I am more the apple-type, I guess (bellyfat, but all in all good proportions with boobs and butt, but still slender).  Still, I don't know if the workout for "apples" is the right for me, as I want to build muscles, but this workout is mostly for "toning" them (he clearly makes a difference between those two).

I am absolutely confused now, and would appreciate any help! Please …
