FEDEX is the bane of my existence!!!
dramatic, i know! so i ordered my pole a little over a week ago, it was supposed to be delivered on dec 7, i was so excited, even posted about it the night before, cause my hubby is sick of hearing me talk about it! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
ugh!!!! so upset. pole was not delivered tuesday, even though that was the delivery date. i waited around ALL day and yelled at my husband to watch for the fedex truck when i had to leave. and nothing. so i checked the tracking and all of a sudden where there used to be a delivery date was blank!!!!! It left CA on the 2nd and i’m only in NV, so REALLY??? even 5 days seemed a little long to me for it to come across the stateline! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif
when i checked it this morning there was finally a delivery date listed again. Dec 14!!!! and i’m thinking wth is taking so long. well i look at the detail tracking and apparently on the 7th they forgot to stop in NV bc on the 8th my pole was in SAINT PAUL!!!! as in MINNESOTA. WTF????? so now it has to come back to the western side of the country and i have to wait another WEEK!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif
ugh, so annoyed, so upset. I could have driven to CA to get it in person by now, lol -

How did you order your pole from? In some cases, if you submit a complaint about the shipping process, you may get a refund on the shipping costs or at least store credit. I’ve had a similar experience with tracking that my shipping said that it was going to one state and had been delivered when I lived in the opposite direction. I talked to the seller and I got a store credit. You shouldn’t have to go through this aggravation over someone else’s incompetence. Be sure to keep copies of your shipping order and see if something can be done about it.

I hate to defend Fedex but it is Christmas time and they are bombarded with shipments this time of year.

i know it’s holidays, i’m trying to be understandng, BUT that’s a big ass package to "misplace", lol -
i don’t think there is a defense for it. fedex knows christmas comes EVERY YEAR. they should be prepared to handle the influx. i hope you get your pole soon

i want to say i’m not gonna get too excited til i see it…..but, i can’t, i’m still excited, i’m off all weekend and haven’t poled since before thanksgiving (had to skip pole classes this month so i could buy a pole instead) so I AM DESPERATE for some pole time, i feel like a junkie, lol plus i watched a ton of vids last night while hubby was busy and I really really really want to try some new things!
