  • Fastest warmup routine

    Part of the reason I neglect home stretches is that getting my leg muscles really warmed up takes a lot of time, and turns any intention to strentch into “oh I got have an hour to spare tonight for this”.

    What are your favorite ways/exercises to get warmed up and preferably worn out fast?

    i love the 6 minute express warm up… I personally hate warm ups on my own, i always dread it.. Even though I cant stand doing it, I ALWAYS make myself do it anyway. I learned a long time ago this is a terrible idea and Ive always made myself do it since then.

    Love hot showers to warm ul but I havent done that really since i moved. I usually make sure I layer up with legging, leg warmer over that, and a tank and a shirt over that.
    I usually jump around like a wild woman and the layers help break a sweat faster. If you wear lots of layers and do the express warm up and maybe a minute of jumping jacks, you should be good to go after.
    If you are going for a intense stretch session, i do all of the above and the. I do basic stretches for about 15 minutes before I even attempt splits or backbends

    If I don’t feel like doing one of the SV warm-ups, I will freestyle while wearing yoga pants and a t-shirt (so that I stay warm and don’t get tempted to do any tricks on the pole.

    SQUATS! They give you an ass and will have your blood pumping pretty quick.

    Zoraya does squats as part of her war. Up for workshops 🙂
