I was wondering if you ladies would be willing to share your favorite combos? Preferrably 3 moves or more strung together.

So far I can do cradle to butterfly, gemini-hip hold-scorpio, brass monkey – straight edge – pullup, CAR to flag, Invert V – catepillar climb – EG ayesha

I want to work on my stamina but my mind always goes blank after I execute a move. I'd love to be able to stay on the pole for as long as possible, I just always run out of ideas!

Hmm…I'm bad at combos, in general but there are a few that I like to do. Shoulder mount to crucifix to caterpillar climb to elbow grip ayesha to falling star. Another one I do a lot is butterfly or extended butterfly to gemini to inverted V.

Pretty much the only combo I can do is invert to butterfly to inverted thigh hold and then you can caterpillar to EG aysha (or just a baby/cheats aysha where you hold the pole against your body with your arm across). I guess you could start with cradle to butterfly for this too 🙂

Thanks everyone! I guess I just get sick of caterpilling to EG ayesha as that's all I seem to know how to do.

I'm going to try to get creative next practice

The ones you mentioned … plus spinning scorpio, EG anything to shooting star to marley, or cupid, or knee hold. Outside leg hang climb up over into cupid or hood ornament then to teddy, then invert. Also try CAR to brass monkey, that's a fun one.  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Butterfly -> cradle -> superman -> superman drop into gemini -> allegra -> whatever (you need a tall pole for that)

Cupid -> invert into butterfly -> extended butterfly -> flatline scorpio

Superman -> cradle -> superman -> superman drop

Superman -> figurehead -> fan kick into pole sit -> CKR -> brass monkey
