    Hey everyone!

Just got done watching the IPEDC 2011 Tricks and Spins Battle that JC had posted, ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nk9ZpUXuf_c ) and I am so inspired! I want to start practicing more spin combos, and am looking for ideas.

What are your favorite spin combos?  Post video references if you have them!

Not very advance but I realy like them:

Swining (Veena cals it Half Spin) to Back Hook to Basic Teddy (you just hold the pole by two hands and open your legs like in normal Teddy)

    Front Attitude to Back Attitude

    Cradle Spin to Reverse Grab

In my classes we have a lot of combos if I remember any I'll post it.

MissMegi77, do you know of a link for the cradle to reverse grab?  I can't quite picture it…!

I always loved the Carousel to Reverse Grab to Back Hook/Back Attitude… feels like flying!

Caitlin, I don't have, but I will try to find one. We did it in our last classes. When you fly in Carusel, you have to let go lower hand turn your body and push your hips to the front and in the same time let your legs to make round.

    Oh I found it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40JGG9ff2Og
