CapFeb, I think you would just need to contact DVK and see what the shipping options are. As its local, I just dont have that information because I don't really need it for once! However, the tins are not very large, and I think would lend themselves well to shipping as they aren't glass or anything. I bet the easiest way would be to contact through the facebook page linked above.

CapFeb actually shipping to/from Hawaii is the same as in the rest of the US if you use regular post, it just takes a bit longer by a few days. But now if you are shipping liquids that need special handling or want things faster (or if you're buying from eBay where they jack up the price) then it gets more expensive.

I've been using Arnicare which is arnica gel and it goes on really nicely, isn't greasy/oily, is all natural, and super effective and cheap as well!

I would recommend Hirudoid – my bruises disappear almost completely the next day and less than 3 days for the really big ones… However it doesn't smell great/ecause it's a medicated cream… It gets absorbed easily and doesn't leave a sticky residue on the skin. I occasionally use Zambuk but it's not as effective.

I just use good old tiger balm. I use it for almost everything, lol . And the more I pole, the faster my bruises go away. Now naturally within 3-4 days.
