Feature Night: 007 James Bond
So about a month ago I had a friend who said she'd do a Doubles Feature with me at my club.
Needless to say, she did the typical stripper thing to do and bailed.
What is a feature? A feature is a 20-25 minute showcase that expresses dancer individually. It's a break from the normal stage rotation of a typical titty bar, and can be very artful! Think of Chelle Hafner's disco/roller blade routine, but 20 minutes long and in a topless environment. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMjPk6j14a0 <– incase you don't know what I'm talking about.) Our club does a feature every so often. Like two months ago was the Burlesque feature, where one girl did a burlesque show with feather fans and sequin flapper dress and whatnot. And then last month there was a BDSM feature where the dancer picked an audience member (female) and dripped candle wax on her! The rest of the BDSM routine had a whips section, and a latex section (just as an example when we get to the next paragraph.)
So….I picked 007 James Bond theme. I saw Skyfall afew days ago and Pat's silhouette video and thought, OH MY GOD, THAT'S A FEATURE. Manager okay'd me to put up a sheet around the stage and do a pole routine to the Casino Royale theme. So my first song of four is already planned for…I just need something to do for the next four songs…I picked a few of them out tonight. I plan on dancing to Tank by The Seatbelts, Spy by The Seatbelts, and Passion by Yoshido Brothers. Any suggestions as to what to do entertainment wise for the next for songs would be appreciated.
