Feedback : Pole Hold Thingie
Hi Veena and Co.
Not new to the site but newly re-subscribed and trying the 30 day take off. I’m a nurse so this site works wonders with my insane shift work. Restarted already after day 4 because I couldn’t move my arms for like a couple days, whoops!
Anyhow, I’m feeling stronger already, but as always technique is key. I managed to wheedge my husband into being my audience tonight for the oil hold (day 3). I’m getting better at it but can’t help but feel I’m still not doing it right. I’ve attached a video (‘scuse my muffin top please, I’ve not seen a video of myself in workout gear in a while), so please let me know what you think I’m doing right or wrong!!
