Feeling a bit Stuck
I’m starting to feel a bit stuck when it comes to my progress in poling. I’ve got many basic pole moves down and do a lot of strength building sessions on and off the pole, however, I feel as if I’m not becoming strong enough to move forward. I feel as if I’m still in the beginners phase although I have been Poling for about 3 1/2 years and have taken countless classes. I get enough sleep and rest between poling sessions, as well as eating right and taking vitamins. But I feel like I’m getting nowhere and at times seems like I’m going backwards with my progression.
Is this normal?
