  Festivus miracle!

  My boyfriend totally surprised me with a 45mm xpole xpert for Christmas. I haven’t owned a pole in a few years so if anyone has any suggestions as to grip aids to keep at home or DVDs to purchase (I’m looking at Complete Pole from the Vertitude), or anything else, please let me know!

  I am purchasing that set as soon as possible! Mainly for the chinese pole stuff. I do have the felix cane set but I have only used the stretch dvd so I can’t comment but that one is pretty great. Looking forward to hearing people’s DVD opinions as well. I’m a bit of an instructional dvd junkie 🙂

  The lessons here have an incredible amount of info along with many 20 + min routines for everything from stretching to strength! 😊

  Veenas lessons are better then any DVD I’ve had! And I’m not just saying that they really are! There’s everything on here
