    Hey Everybody,

I have several questions about a few things and I appreciate any help you have!  (Sorry if some of these are stupid questions.  I've never had any experience with exercising)

    1.  When a lesson (for example, the 'Single Leg Squat') says to do 1-3 sets and 6-12 Reps, if you do 6 reps on your left leg and the 6 reps on your right leg, have you done 2 sets or only 1 set?

    2.  How long should you 'rest' between sets?

    3.  The stretches (for example, the "Diamond Stretch') say  "in order to get a deeper stretch, do the 'Abductor' foam roller first".  Should you do all the foam roller exercises first and then do all the stretches next or should you do just the 'abductor' foam roller and then immediately do the 'diamond stretch'?

Again, sorry if these are stupid and thanks for all help!

    I'll try:

1.)  One set.  Sorry… a 'set' is how your 'limbs' come. 🙂  BOTH legs or arms have to do the same 3 to be a 'set'. :):)

2.)  A minute or so.  (correct me if I'm wrong, Veeners).  OR.. as long as you think you need to. 😉

3.) No clue at this point.  Got roller, but am on a diet vacation (from pole/exercies during).  Veena will see this eventually and answer  you, I'm sure.

    Not stupid at all!  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

1 if you do the single leg squat 6 times on each leg that counts as one set. This is the same for all of the single arm or leg exercises.

    2. If your using the Pole Strength Routine you do not rest at all between exercises. If your using the individual lessons you can rest anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes between sets if needed.

    3. For the stretches….Only that particular foam roller lessons should be focused on, because that is the muscle group you'll be stretching. You could do all of them if you wanted but that would take a long time!

Thank you so much both LoneStarDiva and Veena.  It is so wonderful knowing I can come on here with any question and not be laughed at or ridiculed.   I can't tell you how much I appreciate your support.
