I have been on a mission to buy my first pair of pole heels. I have purchased a few pair that aren’t comfortable for me. Some shoes seem to have a longer heel but have a tall platform making the foot flatter in the shoe than a heel that is shorter with little height in the platform. I hope I am making sense!?#?? I have checked out Pleaser and Ellie but the choices are endless and I don’t want to keep purchasing shoes that are expensive and not comfortable. I know this can be a personal preference but does anyone have any recommendations for heels that work well for a beginner that aren’t too short (I think a 5-6 inch heel would be good height for me)? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I think either the pleasers or Ellie clear plastic shoes in a 6 inch heel are great to start with . The plastic molds to your foot and grips the pole well

Honestly a 6 inch heels is more comfy than the sorter heels, if we’re talking stripper heels. I like both brands Phoenix mentioned. Make sure they have an ankle strap too!
