    Silviakay: I wouldn’t say less slippery, but they do feel different. They are coated so it’s a different feel in your hand and against your skin.

    Fortunately I do not have a problem with slippage on either of my X-poles. But if I did, it would be worth it to try anything made with a different metal, whether it be stainless steel, brass, or coated.

    I liked the Fitpole and would recommend you give it a try.

    Hi there everyone just notice your conversation about fitpole. They are made in Finland and are the strongest poles in the market. The wall thickness is 2 times stronger that for example x-pole and the special coating is made to get the best grip.  They have been used on our equipments in Finland, spain and South -Africa competitions and there are numerous people that use our poles and fans are increasing rapidly.
