    Yes I definitely do cheat days and have wine and sweets! I’m just sharing what has finally worked for me after the past few years of doing low fat clean eating and training and cardio, HIIT training, you name it I tried it and my body fat would not budge…my adrenals we’re really shot out, cortisol levels too high and this is the only way my natural Dr. and I found that my body is super happy with, I’m a lot more healthy now. Breads, pastas and all sugars had to GO lol. Its definitely NOT for everyone, just what happened to really work to bring me to a sustainable level of health. Ketosis has worked for me but there are lots of body types it would probably be bad for :/ find what works for you is what I’m touting! 😉
