    I just took a stretchy class at my pole studio( I was opposite of stretchy). So what stretches/ how many times a week should I do stretches to improve my flexibility? Also what move can I do at home without a pole?

    I would say follow the Veena method. Following the course the way it is laid out, in order and with the proper rest days, is the best I have seen. The other programs I see out there seem to be in the “quick ways to become flexy” camp. I’m no expert but did enough damage as a former figure skater and club dancer that I’m willing to be patient and do it right this time.
