Flexy challange?
Hi everyone, I always ALWAYS talk about how much I want to increase my flexibilty and always intend on working on it but I am never consistant in my stretching. Also Im bad at gauging my progress as I dont take pics, I'm sure there are many of us who are the same! Would anyone be interested in a flexy challenge in that we post progress pics each week and work in opposition with someone who is around the same flexy level as you? I think it would really give me the extra push I need at the min and seeing other progress would really encorage me. Thanks 🙂
