    I want in! Who is going to keep me motivated…?  So, I'd need to do this throughout the week instead of just one day, right?  I feel a major breakthrough coming… I can FEEL it.  Or, maybe it's just my ligaments. 😉

    Yeerrooo so glad there’s so many ppl in on it 😀 loads of support!! I have my week 1 pics up bt will need2 do my week 2 on Monday as me n the boyfriend are going away for the weekend. Although I mite fit in some stretching. Have any of you girls seen

    Hey! I might actually like to do this, too!

    I've been trying to stretch when I come out of the shower- things have been hectic, so not a lot of time for dancing. I'd still like to get more flexible for when I can dance, though!

    I'll try to post some pictures soon. I'd like to work on… well, all kinds of splits, and hopefully back flexibility too, though I feel like I'm doing it wrong!

    Well one day one:
    Well I am at like a 45° angle for splits, slightly more flexible in my back. Did my AA DVD that I had only done a few times a couple weeks ago. Felt really good! Will be doing it again tonight. Can’t wait to get SV lessons to check out her flexy routines!

    Week one day 2, stretching routine done! Progress is debatable but it felt good doing it. 🙂
