Check out nypolerina on youtube – Tracee Kafer based out of Body and Pole in NYC. She often posts videos from her Poleography class and that type of music is very much her style. Bet you’ll find some interesting ideas at least!
Other suggestions:
In This Shirt by the Irrepressibles
Open by Rhye (other stuff by Rhye too!)
Oblivion by Bastille
Love Will Tear Us Apart (cover) by Broken Social Scene
Us by Movement (this has a bit more of a beat to it, kind of sexier but I still think of it as fitting with a contemporary/lyrical dance style)You might also like some stuff by Missy Higgins

Thanks Ladies!! I’m going to add all these to my playlist right now!!

She’s Always A Woman – Billy Joel
The Blower’s Daughter – Damien Rice
Cannonball – Damien Rice
Hey you – Pink Floyd
And quite a few of Adele’s songs – I’m not a fan personally but her music can be good for pole, check out Dirdy Birdy’s stuff for inspiration. -
I find that working out to Joss Stone is very motivating to get sexy! you might like delerium as well.
