    Hi everyone! I’ve been a lurker for a few months, and have finally decided to post. I am a beginner with my own pole and a little bit of experience, and was wondering what frequency would be best to take these lessons. I am generally at the gym 4x a week, but have time on other days to dedicate to this passion.

    Hi welcome!! You find tons of helpful info on this in the lessons here. There are also planned program you can follow too. The rule I tell dancers is this: to help prevent overuse when new to pole keep sessions to 3 times a week with rest days in between. If you do strength work in addition to pole try and do the pole session the same day as strength so you can have full rest days!
