Yes! It’s possible, however depending on your initial level of flexibility and how often you train, it can take YEARS. I can drop into splits without warm up but I’ve been dancing 10 years.

Will it be possible with other splits too? And how often should I train I’m really trying to get more flexible, and do i need a new diet?

Yes, it’s possible with any area of the body, it’s a matter of time and practice.
Starting here with the 30 days to flexy would give you a lot of info on stretching and flexibility. This includes how often to train, when to rest and I provide tips as well.
