  GOT MY STAGE POLE YAY!

  I got my stage pole and I'm super excited, Today was really the third time I got to use it since it arrived a few days ago,,,,but today I learn a valuble lesson, I put the stage in the exact spot I had the other pole, I was doing Inverts and almost made it to Crucifex so went for one more try but for some dumb reason I turned the other way and went to lift my leg and pow,,,right into the little wood table that holds my lap top and POP up went my big toe nail, flipped up like a car hood, Massive pain,,,,,Will be moving that table,

  I busted my foot open on a console TV set…I am very familar with your pain.

  Man oh man,,,this is pain is worse then labor was, Are you healed?

  Yeah, did it last year while practicing for a showcase.  I actually separated the skin right where the big toe meets the ball of your foot….had about a 1.5" gash.  Skin only stretches so far…..
