Getting Allegra into a spinny pole routine…
Hi ladies, I wondered if you can help me with some ideas for a spinny pole block featuring a closed allegra (probably as the last move of the block).
I am used to working on static pole, and my favourite allegra combo is extended butterfly, flatline scorpio, allegra. On spinny pole, there’s way too much extension for me to maintain momentum, and by the time I hit my allegra I’m completely out of spin 🙁
Any suggestions and/or video links gratefully received!

We had a spincombo with superman-drop into scorpio- allegra 🙂

I think shoulder mount to jasmine to allegra works well on spin!

Or just allegra from spinning chopper… -
I agree with Tropicalpole, chopper to flatline to allegra works well on spinny pole. or cradle, to chopper , flatline , then allegra.
