  Great night – Great practice!

  My husband is out of town, and so I had a little pole party at my house with Karol (who is awesome!). Everyone had a great time, and then afterwards we were just playing around and I got the iguana mount (and was able to pull up into a pole sit!) and then the chopper for the first time! I was so excited and hope I can replicate them tomorrow. My gemini and scorpio are improving, too – I am just eager to be hands free with them.

  I had to come here and share some good news, since I’m usually here with struggles – I am so excited I don’t think I will be able to sleep!

  Thanks, Veena! Yes, Karol is a wonderful teacher and so nice to be around – I’m lucky she’s so close!
