Getting very frustrated with my grip. I keep slipping! I've bought Dry Hands and it seems to help only half the time when I do spin pole. Other times I feel it doesn't help on static I just get stuck. I was wondering if anyone has used the Mighty Grip Gloves? Are those good to use?

So of course my first question is going to be if you have sweat issues or just a lack of hand strength?

I know quite a few who use the gloves but they are not a cure all.  You still may have issues with sticking on static pole.  I know they were having issues with them ripping for a bit but they were supposed to have a new sewer.  Not sure if that has happened.  I do know that they will replace your gloves without issue if they do rip.

There have been a few girls saying thatr they use drysol on their hands. It should be in the deoderant aisle of any pharmacy.  You should put in on your hands every night for a few weeks, then slowly spread it out over a few days a week, then less and less days per week. It is supposed to stop your hands from sweating. I tried certain dri, but it wasn't a strong enough formulation for me.

@chemgoddess1 I really don't sweat a lot. Never been a problem for me. I'm not sure about hand strength though. I feel like my grip is pretty good, but I could be wrong. I'll look into the gloves though, if it helps during spinning pole I'll be happy. @sensualscimitar Thanks for the tip, I'll try this!
