    Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions. I am looking for a new grip aid as mine has ran out but I aren’t sure what to go for. Yesterday it was so hot that I couldn’t even hold onto the pole for a second as it was so sweaty. I have used Mighty Grip, Dry Hands, iTac2, and Dirty Girl Poletice, none of which really last.
    Any suggestions?

My favorite still to this day is Liquid Grip. Tite grip is supposed to be good for sweaty, too.

I have just purchased some Tite Grip so we shall see how it fares against this heat! Haha.

I remember there being a thread about butterfly balm (which is reportedly cramers firm grip… It comes in spray or paste) and that stuff seemed like superglue

Ooh I’ve never heard of that, may have to look it up! 🙂

There was a YouTube video of Karol poling in jeans with butterfly balm… I think this is it.

Super grippy! If you search on SV for butterfly balm I think it was Chem who said its Cramers paste. 🙂

prince grip is like dry hands on steriods… it lasts like 5 times longer.
Polefitmom has posted on Ig about grrrip.. I want to try that brand next.

When it’s hot and humid I need to use Tite Grip an hour before, then Dry Hands on top when I get to class. The rest of the year I just use Dry Hands (I am sweaty), but on hot days it isn’t enough. I experimented a bit and that’s what is working for me the best so far.

I like grrrip and a new fav is girlie grip. I’m super sweaty, I’ve used just about everything. I wash my hands with Dirty Girl then usually apply either grrrip or girlie grip on top. I was using tight grip and still do occasionally. It works well if you use it earlier in the day. I just became a bit scared of using the constant aluminum.
