HELP! HELP! HELP!
Hey All!!! I am a new member and very basic beginner to poling. I have a static pole that I've had for a little over a year now, but I'm still in the begginer's category. I'm really committed now and I'm ready to move to the next level. However, Im having trouble with gaining the upper body strength for pole holds and spins and flexibility for pole tricks and I'm gettting kind of discouraged. Any advice? What conditioning/exercises did you do to gain the upper body strength and flexibility?? I am open to any suggestions and comments. Thanks guys!!!
