Yay!! Glad you went with this option!
Let me know how it goes ! I would definately get this one if I had the money 🙁
You’ll love brass too…
If my xpert crashes and burns I’ll definately be getting one 🙂
It’s only 2 weeks old so hopefully it stays good.
Have you ordered it yet? -
Oh duh- I just reread your post and you said you can’t get it just yet- duh lol
It’ll be worth the wait 🙂 -
@sensual – yeah I reckon you should contact them! I’m sure that if you were willing to pay for the shipping they would be more than happy to help you! And hey, the best advertising for a company is word of mouth and happy customers!

@Alesha – haha yeah I’ll def let you know how it goes! Oh god I want it nowwwww haha! This is my plan….
HOPEFULLY xpole will replace ALL the faulty pole sections, then I’m going to put it on eBay and get some of the money back for it, then I’m going to put every dollar I can spare towards the pussycat! Yay! – well I shouldn’t get too excited yet, first got to hear back from xpole :-/ -
And i just got a therapy band yesterday so in the meantime I might have to go pole-less and just work on my muscles lol

I have heard great things about Bobbi’s poles, but being in Canada it would cost upwards of 1000$ to get one here. I have a platinum stages multi piece pole and I love it. But if I could buy a new one and money was no object I would get a Bobbi’s pole. If you are having grip problems go for a smaller pole, the finish shouldn’t matter that much. I do hot yoga and I once had an instructor tell the class that no matter how sweaty you are you should be able to create the force through intention to hold the pose. So that’s what I think about every time I feel like I’m slipping. Hope that helps.
P.S. Lil Mynx poles are great on carpet. On hard flooring they slip. I’ve had it happen at the studio I go to multiple times.

Platinum stages also has a removable one piece pressure mount pole you can get if you dont need to have a multi piece pole.

After 2 weeks, x-pole STILL have not looked into the issues with my pole. I am getting really p***ed off now.
I called them and apparently they will look into it today and come to a conclusion. Gosh I’m angry. I told the lady that if they are not going to replace the whole pole, I want to send it back to them and get a full refund as I am VERY unhappy with it.
She said she’d “look into it”.
GRRRRR. Not.Happy.Jan.
Either way, if they do replace it all, I am putting it straight on eBay to get rid of it so I can get the money for my Pussycat Pole. -
I know 4 people with new xperts 2 of them have had problems. That is unacceptable. No matter how fast/courteously they respond to problems 50% is a really shitty success rate. If xpole does not resolve the issues with their manufacturer soon they will lose alot of business. I know that I won’t be ordering one any time soon. If I find myself in need of a new pole I’ll pay the extra 100$ for a platinum stages pole. Yes they have issues (especially with their stage) but their multi pieces work! Right out of the box, no replacement pieces necessary. If I lived in Australia I would probably get a pussycat or a Bobbi’s pole. I have never heard of any problems with either.

I agree. It’s a terrible success rate. Word of mouth by unhappy customers will circulate and people will buy poles elsewhere. As would happen with any product that is less than quality.
I sent an email to a Lil Mynx supplier in Australia over a week ago saying I was interested in their poles and I’d like some more info on them – I still have not heard a reply! I guess they didn’t want my business! Well they lost me to the Pussycat pole! The lady there was soooo helpful 🙂
Now I’m just mega pissed off with xpole. They were supposed to get back to me today and they didn’t. I tried to contact them several times with no answer over the phone or replies to my emails. Arrgghhh!! I feel like screaming!! -
R pole said they would be interested in franschising in the U.S. FYI.
I suggest that all the U.S. girlies flood all the Aussie and UK pole companies with e-mails requesting poles in the U.S.! 😀

Can someone post the link to Bobbi's poles? I cannot find them, and I want to sned them and e-mail asking for U.S. shipping quotes. Thanks.
