Al try that tonight co no that I won’t be able to get that far down right away but it’s jut keepin the position for 30secs as its as not sore as sigh but really uncomfortable. xx

Woohoo, tried th splits yesterday & I’m about 6-7″ off th ground!! Well pleased with myself and I also managed it before I went to bed without much stretching. defo gna kp it up and think al defo have the splits by the 6 weeks. 🙂 xxx

Good Job! I know when I got close, like within 5 inches, I seemed to be stuck there. I had to lean back and flex and point my front foot to 'scoot' down into it. But I've had it since then 🙂

I’ve been doin legs stretches prior to doin the 6wks split trainin so think that’s really helped. I can actually get that far into them without stretching first aswel. Really hope I get all the way down soon 🙂 was well pleased with myself after I got Down that far. I have a pic but not very clear as my 4yr old took the pic, lol. Al try post it up as I’m using my fne and not figured out how to do it on my iPhone. My back legs not as bent as I thought it was gna be. Once I’m as far down as I can get I’ve been holdin the position for 30secs. I struggle to get my left leg to go in front theo I can only do it with my left leg behind me so gna kp stretching the other side more aswel. xxx
