Half dislocated my left shoulder?
Yesterday we were practicing front hook to back hook spin combo and instead of grabbing the pole with my outside arm I kinda pushed away from the pole and it felt like my right shoulder almost dislocated – i felt it move a little out of the socket and then go back. It didn't hurt that bad, just felt very wrong and I was able to finish the rest of the class (inverts and climbs) with no problems. It hurt a bit more when we did the tricep/shoulder stretch with your arm bent above your head. I can still move/use my right arm correctly, but it feels kind of sore inside. Has this ever happened to you? How long should I stay off the pole? Should I move my arm around carefully in some exercise manner? Or just avoid using it? Anything else I should do? Thanks so much!
