Handsprings..
So I have started having fun trying out the twisted and true grip handsprings, but am using true grip more cos twisted can be dangerous etc. For anyone that can truegrip handspring is it a lot harder than twisted? Am I trying for something I won't get for a millenium? I can't do a normal handspring mount and find more luck and progress kicking up in a position like for the twisted handspring (standing out away from pole and kicking under and up, as opposed to the normal handspring mount where you step under yourself)

i found twisty harder to learn, and harder to invert with to start, but i personally find it is much more stable for varying leg shapes once i'm up. I do feel it more after twisty practice compared to ordinary grip so i tend to limit myself and make sure i warm up very well.

I can't do the regular split grip front handspring, but can cartwheel mount all day long and get a twisted grip in there a few times a practice also. I don't like the true grip, it feels very unstable to me even with grip on my hands, even from an inverted position.
When I see Karol (Helms) this weekend, I'm gonna be asking for some help with this regular handspring thing LOL. It's been driving us absolutely batty since we started attempting it!

I wish I could do one of them!! I can't do either yet 🙁 I've done I reckon 100 cartwheel attempts already and still not legs all the way up with core holding me up. My legs get high at times but not good yet. Front handspring I kick up and get my foot on the pole but can't spring up into a nice straight edge yet 🙁 I just want one of them!!!!!!! I feel incomplete without some sort of springing up mount and its really peeving me off lol 🙁
