Handy home made hand/finger strengthener to counterbalance gripping exercises
hey everyone, I have been reading up on how to strengthen hand grip and read how we overuse the muscles used in gripping motions and not the muscles that act in countermovements.
There’s a cool hand strengthening device to help but I’m broke with a capital “B” so I made this little guy to get me through until I can afford a sturdier, better made version (called the hand X-band).
And it works! It’s amazing how quickly the hand tires out, and you can feel it in the forearm as well.
it won’t last long but I got plenty of rubber bands until I can get the real deal 🙂
